Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 02 Apr 2026
Welcome to DECONOMY ("we," "our," "us," or "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Services (Strict Legal Disclaimer)
DECONOMY is a Fintech-enabled Service Platform. WE ARE NOT A BANK, NON-BANKING FINANCIAL COMPANY (NBFC), OR A LENDING INSTITUTION. We do not provide loans, nor do we have the authority to waive off any existing loans ("Platform loan maaf nahi karta hai"). Our core services include Debt Consultation, Settlement Assistance, Financial Planning, and Startup Incubation support. Any debt settlement outcome is strictly dependent on mutual agreements between you and your respective financial institutions based on RBI guidelines.
2. User Registration & KYC Compliance
- You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian citizen to register.
- To use financial services or withdraw funds, completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory as per the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and IT Act 2000.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Fraudulent documents will lead to immediate account termination and legal action.
3. Fees and Payments
All fees applied on the platform (Registration Fee, Documentation Fee, Processing Fee) are non-negotiable once applied to a service. "Hold/Merging Amounts" act as a commitment balance and remain locked in your Hold Wallet based on service agreements. DECONOMY reserves the right to modify the dynamic fee structure at any time.
4. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) & Referral Program
The referral program is a reward-based system, NOT an investment scheme. Commissions are generated strictly upon the successful onboarding and KYC completion of referred users. We reserve the right to alter commission percentages, halt the program, or confiscate rewards if artificial network manipulation is detected.
5. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee a specific reduction in debt or a guaranteed increase in credit score. DECONOMY and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our consultative services.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
