Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DECONOMY, we strive for transparency in all our financial dealings. Please read our specific guidelines concerning fee payments, wallet deductions, and refunds.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Due to the nature of our administrative and legal processing work, the following fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once paid or deducted from your wallet:

  • Registration Fees
  • Documentation Fees
  • Processing Fees

Once an application enters the "Processing" stage on your tracker, no refunds for the aforementioned fees will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Merging / Hold Amount

If your service structure requires a "Merging Amount" or "Commitment Amount", this fund is kept safely in your Hold Wallet. If your debt settlement case is successfully negotiated, these funds are utilized as per the agreement. If DECONOMY determines that your case cannot be processed further, the Hold Amount will be returned to your Main Wallet, making it available for withdrawal.

3. Wallet Withdrawals

Funds available in your "Main Wallet" can be withdrawn at any time, provided your KYC is approved. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 working hours. Bank rejection due to incorrect IFSC or Account details provided by you will incur a reprocessing delay.

4. Account Suspension

If your account is suspended or banned due to fraudulent KYC submissions, scamming referrals, or violation of our Terms and Conditions, DECONOMY reserves the right to freeze all your wallet balances indefinitely without refund.

5. Dispute Resolution

For any billing discrepancies or refund queries, you must raise a Support Ticket from your User Dashboard within 7 days of the transaction. Decisions made by the Admin team regarding refunds will be final and binding.
